Strategy 5: Know nothing, be curious

This is probably the most counter-intuitive strategy in the series. Our culture prizes experts and looks down on people who don't know. But knowing nothing and being curious can help us unlock new ways of seeing, being and doing that will generate great ideas.

When you’re upset about something...ask yourself, “Is it a tragedy or an inconvenience?” It’s probably the latter. Most of the things that get us upset are.
