Quick bite:

If you're feeling under pressure, pause and focus on your breathing. Breathe in slowly, into your belly, hold for a second, then slowly breathe out. Make your out-breath a bit longer than your in-breath. Do this at least three times to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps your body and mind to relax.
