How to turn great ideas into great results

Why we struggle to get started

If you've applied the strategies I discussed in my recent series 'How to have great ideas', you'll now be brimming with thoughts and creative insights. It's one thing to generate ideas - but it's a whole other thing to get started!
I'm now kicking off a new series: 'How to turn great ideas into great results'. To get the series started, I first look at why we struggle to get started in converting great ideas into great results. This article gives an overview of what I'll be covering in this series - you can read it here.

News:

I'm launching a High-Performance Leadership Mastermind group. Each month, we'll read one excellent leadership book, and have weekly Zoom calls to discuss and share what we're learning. We'll support one another to take strategic action based on what we learn and celebrate all our wins, big and small. If you want to learn more, hit reply or give me a call.

Quick bite:

Deep breathing can calm us when we're facing sudden or chronic stress. Find a comfy sitting position, close your eyes, and breathe into your belly slowly for a count of 4, pause, and slowly breathe out for a count of 5. Pause, and repeat. Try to extend your breathing to a count of 6 on the in-breath and 8 on the out-breath. Do this for 2-5 minutes daily, or more frequently if you find it helpful.
