Once you've generated your great ideas (having used the strategies in my recent series 'How to have great ideas'), the first step to turning them into results is to prioritise them.

Taking the time to prioritise your ideas can help you gain credibility, win support, and make future changes easier. I've covered several strategies for prioritising your ideas in my latest article.

To-do list longer than an elephant's trunk? Write it all out, and pick five things to focus on. Make at least one of them quick & easy. Prioritise them, then work in order till they're done. Pick a new five and repeat.
