Strategy 8: Use a facilitator


Idea generation sometimes comes easily, while other times, it can feel like pulling teeth. Toggling between leading the session and doing the thinking will interrupt your flow, reducing the quality and quantity of your own, and your team's, ideas.

That's where using a facilitator can make all the difference. They manage the logistics and processes, so you're free to let your creative juices flow.
