How to have great ideas

Strategy 10: Use your strengths

Sadly, our work and social cultures often focus more on our weaknesses than our strengths. By concentrating on what we're not good at, we drain our energy and miss many opportunities to increase our energy, engagement and accomplishment. I'm launching a High-Performance Leadership Mastermind group. Each month, we'll read one excellent leadership book, and have weekly Zoom calls to discuss and share what we're learning. We'll support one another to take strategic action based on what we learn and celebrate all our wins, big and small. If you want to learn more, hit reply or give me a call.

Quick bite:

Want to feel more energised at work? Pick one strength (something you're good at, that energises you) that you don't use very often. Think of a couple of ways you can use that strength - whether tackling your tasks or communicating with colleagues. For extra energy, spot strengths in your colleagues and help them use their strengths in new ways too.
