How to turn your "to-do" list into an "achieved" list

Everyone seems to be looking for the "productivity hack" that will help them do more in less time. The best productivity hack I know of is to turn a to-do list into an "achieved" list.

In this article, I share my simple, 7-step process for moving things off my to-do list by getting them done.

I'd love to hear how you boost your productivity and get things done. Reply to this email, or connect with me on social media to start a conversation. You can find me on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.

What I'm working on:

It's been an exciting few months. I am currently tackling a couple of projects:
  • The Strengths Deck is starting to go live with clients. I've been working on this for almost a year, weaving together best practice and the most up-to-date research on strengths. It's a fun and easy way to learn about your strengths and how to work with them.
Currently only available to Auckland-based, face-to-face clients (1:1 coaching and team workshops). Email me to find out how you can secure your own Strengths Deck session.
  • Leadership Development Programmes - more and more clients are securing my tailored leadership development programmes for their leaders.
They recognise that investing in leaders leads to sustainable, long-term results across the organisation. And having a programme designed specifically for them offers maximum impact. Book your complimentary call with me to talk about how a Leadership Development Programme will help your leaders grow.

Quick bite:

To ramp up your leadership influence, think about the best leader you know of (you don't have to have met them, and they don't have to have an official title).
  • What makes them a great leader?
  • How do they influence/motivate others?
  • How do they get results?
  • What problems do they face?
  • How do they overcome them?
Based on your answers, pick one change you will make to your leadership practice. Work at it consistently for a month, then check your results. Tweak or pick another one, and go again!
