Shipping Method

I ship purchases from the Store by the most cost-effective method, having regard to price. That is, I’ll select the fastest method of shipping that fits within the shipping fee paid with your order. I use NZ Post or Aramex for sending within Aotearoa New Zealand. For overseas shipping, I use NZ Post.

Expedited shipping

If you would like expedited shipping, I can arrange this at your cost.

If you’ve already placed your order, please contact me ASAP using the email address shown on your order confirmation.

Unfortunately, once I’ve dispatched the goods, I can’t offer upgrades to the shipping method, so please get in touch as soon as you can if you wish to expedite the shipping.

Shipping timeframes

I ship 95% of orders within one business day, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when the package has been booked with the courier.

I will email you to let you know if it will take more than two business days to dispatch your order. Please add my email address to your address book to ensure emails aren’t sent to spam/junk.

Returns and Refunds

I can only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged in transit. For damaged items, please claim within three days of delivery. For faulty items, please notify me as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of delivery. I will pre-authorise all returns in writing. If you return items without a pre-authorisation, I cannot guarantee a refund/replacement.

Please email the address from your order confirmation with photos of the fault or damage (including photos of packaging, as I will need these to make a claim with the carrier). I will reply to you with instructions on the returns process, and we’ll agree on a refund or replacement product. For faulty item claims, you will need to pay to return the items to me. Once I have received them and confirmed they are faulty, I will reimburse you the cost of your shipping (based on the receipt for your shipping costs).
