Resources
Your one-stop resource shop for resources for leadership development and playing to your strengths.
Leadership development resources
I offer leadership development programmes for leaders at all level, from new leaders through to senior leaders. I also provide 1:1 coaching services, and have a particular interest in supporting leaders to be the best they can be, while looking after their own wellbeing.
I write a fortnightly newsletter that’s full of tips, strategies, and tools for leaders.
And I write a blog that covers all things human – leadership, positive psychology, personal strengths, goal-setting and more.

Personal strengths resources
I am a huge fan of the strengths-based approach to life and work, because I’ve seen and felt the results for myself. And I’ve supported hundreds of people to discover their strengths and find ways to live and work from their Zone of Genius.
I do this through my card deck, The Strengths Deck, personal strengths coaching, as well as workshops and keynotes. People walk away from the session armed with the knowledge to play to their strengths, manage their weaknesses, boost their energy, and deliver sustainable high performance in a way that feels fun and affirming.
I write a blog all about strengths, and how you can use them to bring more of your special brand of magic to the world.
I’m also accredited in Strengths Profile, a computer-based strengths assessment that is great for individuals and teams. I offer a range of services, from 1:1 debriefs through to full team workshops.

My book: 'Unleash Your Awesome'
To complement my work with The Strengths Deck, I wrote Unleash Your Awesome. It’s a strengths discovery and coaching programme with me in written and audio format.
You start by using The Strengths Deck framework to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and everything in between. From there, you develop targetted strategies to achieve your goals, boost your wellbeing, by living and working from your Zone of Genius.
Available as a paperback from my Store, a print-on-demand or eBook from online retailers like Amazon, Google Books, and Apple Books, or as an audiobook from key distributors like Spotify, Audible, Google and Apple.

Book club and book recommendations
I run a weekly women’s book club called the Personal Mastermind. We read one book across two months (1-2 chapters a week) between February and November. We meet online on Friday mornings to discuss and apply what we’re reading.
I create comprehensive summary notes for each book we read, so if you’re ever caught short of time, you can get yourself in the loop with the notes.
Take a peek at the kinds of books we read, or book a call to find out more. I offer a free, no-obligation visit to the book club before you sign up.
I also read a tonne of books each year, and have taken to publishing annual posts of my 5-star reads. Check them out here, or jump straight to the posts below:
