When you use this website, complete a form, make a booking for services, or engage with a representative of Daria Williamson Limited, we may collect personal information from you, including information about your:

Contact forms
If you fill out our contact form, complete a quiz or questionnaire, or sign-up to our newsletter, you will be providing your name and email address. We will only use this information to respond to your enquiry and add you to our newsletter distribution list. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, using the link at the bottom of the newsletter email.
Transactional emails related to the purchase or delivery of a product or service will still be sent, even if you have unsubscribed from other communication. Please email us on ops[at]dariawilliamson.com to request that these emails be stopped. Making such a request may mean that you can no longer receive the product or service.
Cookies
Interactions with our website may allow you to opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, or complete a form (including quizzes or questionnaires), the information you submit and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue, and for traceability of interactions.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Submission of information, including forms, quizzes, and questionnaires, may be routed through software services outside this website. All such services may be provided by organisations based outside New Zealand.
